  1. If you CHOSE to drive intoxicated and kill someone innocent you DESERVE life in prison. Take a life, you get life. I cant believe your trying to justify and downplay what he did and make excuses because apparently everyone has done it, uh no. Not everyone knowingly drives drunk runs a red light and kills someone.
