I feel like this should only be had in the 5 speed manual. Couldn't imagine driving a 78 hp car with the CVT.

I clocked it at 8.9 0-100, which I think is more reasonable, plus the 6 speed manual version was rated at 7.5.

@stevensmith8648 I've driven a few at work since my comment and i can confirm that it's dangerously slow. You have to plan a pass like 3 km in advance lol.

I mean, you probably already do...

I'd rather buy a Hyundai Kona 1.6T or even a Mazda CX-3 would be better...

It definitely feels more responsive in every day driving. One of the better driving compact cars in my opinion.

That's odd, motortrend clocked it at 8.7, Motorweek clocked it at 9.3, so not sure why yours got 11, that's about the same as my 17 year old 400,000 kilometre Honda Civic..

Sam Squires I could smoke your old Silverado in a Kia Sedona if I wanted to. 😂.

E.J. Freestone no stock VW Tiguan would beat this in a straight line..

I've lost a lot of brain cells reading these comments.

They aren’t super fast, but it always has torque when you need it, and it’s appreciated.

We drove a "sport" model today, clocked an 11.6 0-100 km/h and passing any car going above 70 took planning lmao.

Was just driving one today. It definitely feels slow from a dig, but the midrange is nice. Just wish Cadillac would get the interiors right. They still feel cheap.

I’ve seen the CX9 right around the 6.8 mark.. im not sure why this one is so slow. I’ve noticed Nissans new 9 speed hunts around for gears too much, but still way better than the CVT!

@olmixer just from my personal experiences with the pathfinder and frontier, but that’s bound to happen with so many gears. The Highlander 8 speed is just garbage honestly. I’m not in the market for a new midsized suv, but if I was it would definitely be between a Pathfinder or a CX9. What’s interesting is the Kia Telluride and it’s Hyundai sibling aren’t as nice as one would think. I was rather disappointed when driving them. All new police vehicles are slow, unless it’s the new explorer with the 3.3 and 10 speed. Seems to be rather speedy.

Dub_Steep I have a 2013 manual and usually average 38 mpg and I drive pretty aggressively

@camclarke9952 uh the HO ecoboost engines in the F150s are a few tenths quicker in acceleration times. More hp and more torque from the Ford. Sorry to burst your bubble.

It's about the same as my 2013 Accent 6 speed.
