  2. Mat Mazda makes very good engines, I test drove a 2015 Mazda 3 (when they were still new lol) with the 2.0 and 6A it was really responsive and not too fast but enough passing power when needed. The MX-5 is great, but I'd take a 3 over it for practicability.
