  1. When I'm at 55 mph (speed limit on my road) my rpm is that 2500 in 5th, but I still downshift into 3rd since my car only has 110 hp.

  2. andrschiller what I meant to say is I have to downshift into 3rd to pass vehicles cause if I tried it in top gear it would take a long time, even fourth gear takes forever.
