@0:40 I go through that intersection regularly, I'm not sure who would be at fault but the pick up saw the yellow light and had an eternity to stop but decided to floor it onto the highway. Id say both should be responsible. Truck for not stopping and being stupid, and the Focus for not waiting to make sure some idiot wasn't going to run the light. It's pretty common for drivers to run the light there or try and beat it because the on ramp to highway 401 is right there. Also the pick up driver is acting like a child. He's acting like he didn't do anything wrong. Next time he won't be trying to beat lights.
