Theres no way to tell how fast he was driving, so don't speculate. In the case that he was speeding the bus still has to wait until its safe to cross especially in winter.

@WasephWastar Again, you can't tell from a video that he was going too fast. Speculating makes you look stupid. All we can gather from the video is he's clearly on a road, that appears to be icy and that he was dramatic.
