  1. The same old levelling down Labour policies. Private education significantly REDUCES the burden on state schools. Rather than destroy such schools that provide a better education, there should be a focus on improving the ABYSMAL education offered by the vast majority of state schools. There are two main causes of this: 1. The appalling discipline in most state schools discourages the best teachers from working in them. 2. In most state schools the applications of older more experienced teachers go straight in the bin! They are only interested in employing the cheapest. Never mind just newly qualified teachers, often its actually trainees. Those who don't believe this should take a look at how many older mainstream teachers there are in a state school they know.
