These staff need the pro-bono services of an honest lawyer. Many of them almost certainly now have natural immunity. A massive and highly regarded Israeli study shows that this is 13 times more effective than vaccine induced immunity. It also found no statistically significant benefit in vaccinating those with natural immunity. An American law professor very recently won a court case based on exactly this. Of course, there's also the common sense matter of this sector being chronically under staffed. So driving out more of them will cause far more damage than accepting people's right to refuse vaccination.

@lynnyoungman1280 Of course there's always the possibility that the Downing Street wide boys know exactly what they are doing. Maybe they have calculated that too few carers = more deaths = smaller bill for social care.
