  1. There would be much less of a problem if we hadn't normalised being obese and stripped it of the shame that many deserve for their total lack of control. We need to strongly push the message that not only is being fat really unhealthy, it's also hideously ugly. I would love to pig out on crisps and chocolates but most of the time I leave these product on the supermarket shelves. Others should do the same!
