There are lots of very good decent Muslims, who respect women, and accept that others don't share their beliefs. These rabid extremists would like nothing more than to create tension between them and the rest of society. This is yet another reason why it's so important to root out Muslim fundamentalists, and give them absolutely no quarter whatsoever. And maybe some of this rooting out needs to be done by good Muslims.
