Years ago most people would be deeply ashamed to claim they have mental health problems. Now it seems that almost everybody is only to happy to play this "get out of jail" card. Shit happens, and we all have our ups and downs. But people with character man up and ride it out with a stiff upper lip. Yes I'm angry. I'm angry at how much people claiming mental health problems are bleeding the resources of a badly stretched NHS.
