  1. Well we could take a hell of a lot of the load off GPs by no longer requiring them to act as shrinks to nut jobs. In fact, without this odious function more might consider becoming GPs. As for hospitals, the load could be reduced by not treating those like alcoholics and drug fiends, whose injuries are self inflicted.
