Poland is a much poorer country than the UK and yet it has opened its arms to Ukrainians. This puts the UK to SHAME. But then, as a nation the Poles have always shown bravery and a big heart.

@danielfellows8034 What an ignorant fellow you are. Perhaps someone could educate you about the losses the Poles took in that month. And it wasn't just Germany. They were attacked on the other side by Russia! Have you also any inkling of how many Poles fought and died alongside the British?

@dendradwar9464 The Poles and Ukrainians are like MOST of us, in regard to ethnic diversity. We are very happy to welcome others, as long as they don't try to enforce primitive and superstitious values on their host country, or abuse the young girls and women of their host country!

@youriwander7419 I think several of the angry replies are indeed from those either connected with your "dingy lads" or who despise the UK's Christian heritage and don't want anybody who might support it: and actually be grateful for being allowed to live in the UK.
