I voted remain, but can we please stop perpetuating the myth that Brexit is to blame for our economic woes. By far the major cause was the totally insane and unnecessary lockdowns and restrictions. Sars-cov-2 only ever posed a threat to well under 1% of the population, and most of those who died were very old and/or very sick, would have probably die soon anyway, and often DID NOT really die from Covid. If we had followed Sweden's sterling example we would now be laughing along with the Swedes, instead of being laughed at.
