  1. These modelers draw their conclusions by only considering the worst possible scenarios, regardless of how unlikely they are. Other far more reasonable scenarios are resolutely ignored. Omicron is a perfect example of this. It has now been going strong in South Africa for at least 6 weeks, which is ample time to determine its severity. Yet the scaremongers simply refuse to accept the evidence, from South African doctors, that it is EXTREMELY MILD.
