  1. Oleksiy Honcharenko is correct. Putin's pathetic nuclear threats might have the cowards wetting themselves, and as a dying man he would probably love to take as much of the world with him as he can. However, I doubt that those who would have to carry out the order are prepared to see Moscow, St. Petersburg, and other Russian cities, wiped off the face of the earth, along with all their families and loved ones.
