Patrick, right at the very start the REAL EXPERTS warned governments of exactly this, and that advice was subsequently published in the Great Barrington Declaration, which tens of thousands of doctors and scientists put their name to. Governments were very clearly advised that lockdowns and restrictions would not work. They were told to just isolate the most vulnerable (about 1% of the population) until NATURAL HERD IMMUNITY developed. Natural immunity as proved be be rock solid and vastly better than vaccination. So this advice was spot on. But rather than admit how badly wrong they got it Downing Street have lied about natural immunity and continue with the same failed measures: and people are dying because of this.
