"I believe it's a complete and utter waste of time." And you are absolutely right, but think of the alternative. Can you honestly see this bunch of despotic, self-serving charlatans giving the following broadcast to the nation: "We told you that two jabs would protect you, but actually they are pretty useless against Omicron. Oh, by the way, those with natural immunity probably won't catch it. But actually it doesn't really matter because this variant is EXTREMELY MILD, and once you have (safely) had it you too will have really good natural immunity." Somehow this doesn't sound much like Boris.
