  1. PRACTISE TRIAGE! Don't waste beds, particularly in ICU, on people who would die very soon anyway, and covid-19 will almost certainly kill. By withholding really expensive treatments and drugs we already do this anyway, although people don't want to admit that this is what it is. Why should covid-19 be any different?
