  1. Please don't blame the pandemic. It was the totally insane and unnecessary lockdowns and restrictions that destroyed so many otherwise healthy businesses.

  2. My favourite has to be the removal of the quick checkout counter for people with less than 10 items. Yesterday, in Tesco, with only 3 items, I had to wait behind several people with packed shopping trollies. The queue for the automated checkouts was even longer.
