Just look up the legal definition of fraud and it will be immediately clear that this is what fabricating a CV amounts to. Perhaps if the law took this seriously it wouldn't be so incredibly common. Why does the law think it is OK to obtain a position and financial gain by such deceit? Why should those who are honest miss out to cheats and liars?
