  2. Mr. Poole is a disgrace to the legal profession, and should be immediately dismissed. Covid-19 posed a negligible threat to this boy (as does flu), and the long term risks of covid-19 vaccines are not known, so his mother was absolutely right to refuse to have him vaccinated. In general this is not a matter of children versus parents. Its more about children being coerced by teachers and peer pressure. They need protection against this, which this judge has now reduced unless an honest judge in a higher court quickly overturns the decision.
