  1. If you have got money then you can get treated by some of the best specialists in the world within a few days, or couple of weeks at the most. So what motivation do most MPs, regardless of party, have to fix something that doesn't affect them or their families?

  3. Will probably reduce the cost of providing a state pension, when a lot of older people die off for want of treatment. It might even ultimately improve the NHS when those who would be a long term burden and expense cast off their mortal coil.
