  2. Yeah right, and they will be forced to stand to attention and sing "God Save the King" before starting the cleanup. Years ago the was virtually zero anti social behaviour in the Isle of Man. This was because they had the BIRCH. That's how you stop anti social behaviour. Do this, remove the yobs' anonymity, and televise the punishment and I 100% guarantee that there will be a precipitous drop in such behaviour.

  3. Actually, a proper smack would do the trick. When the Isle of Man had BIRCHING anti social behaviour was very rare. Bring this in, together with removing anonymity and televising the punishment and I absolutely guarantee that there will be a quick and massive drop in anti social behaviour.
