The way idiot headteachers behave, you would think that schools were turning away lots of eager and well qualified applicants. Teaching in most schools is already really bad, with appalling student behaviour that teachers have very little power to sanction, and a crushing workload, that barely leaves many teachers time to eat and sleep. Piling on this woke nonsense will make things far worse.
