  1. I'm no fan of Khan. However, the truth that most people don't want to hear is that the majority of people in London do not need to own or drive a car. Unless you are a tradesman or an emergency worker on funny shift hours then you should use public transport, cycle or walk. You will almost certainly save money, improve the health of people breathing in your fumes, and help the planet.
