  1. We are living in a country where abuse of girls and women, in the name of religion, is still ignored on a truly massive scale. A country where it is OK, even under covid-19 restrictions, for a baying mob to congregate outside a school and intimate a teacher, who did nothing even remotely unlawful. Our deradicalisation program is a complete joke. The only way it could succeed is if terrorists laughed themselves to death, over it. But if we pretend it isn't there it's going to vanish like the Cheshire Cat, and leave just a big smile.
