  1. "Ulez falls on the least well off" Give me a break. The vast majority of people in London do not need to drive. So owning a car is a luxury and indulgence. If most did their sums they would realise that between purchase cost, road tax, MOT, insurance, and fuel they would be financially better off without a car. However did my parents, with three kids who didn't get free bus travel, manage without a car?
