Here's the real reason that the government is so scared of the Fluffy Kitten variant, as I've renamed it. It has the very real potential to SAFELY bestow PROPER NATURAL IMMUNITY on people. Imagine just how much embarrassment this would cause, as well as loosening government's grip on power.
