  1. Alex, we all know the answer to this. Almost all of those in Downing Street would make the dodgiest second hand car dealer look like a paragon of virtue. People may have been told that they can go on holiday, but that's just to prevent a civil war. This dishonest, cheating government is doing all it can to make foreign holidays impractical for most people, and an expensive PCR test is a major part of this. So government is deliberately not enforcing a price cap.
