  1. The comment about the current big deficit in the typical number of monthly deaths shows very clearly that this virus mainly took out those who were going to die soon anyway. All this lookdown crap and restrictions has been the equivalent of King Canute trying to hold back the tide: except that King Canute wasn't stupid enough to expect success.

  2. "More people are going to catch this deadly disease" Careful you are sounding like the governments BBC poodles. For almost all that catch it now, flu is deadlier for them! And this is a virus that has always killed well under 1% who are overwhelmingly very old and/or very sick. I also imagine that for every bleating doctor, that the media claimed wanted today cancelled, there are 10 or more like Dr. Liam Fox.
