  3. But you are not determining the state of a system that others have no choice but to use, because they can't afford to do otherwise. That's the crucial difference.

  4. Does it really seem so unreasonable that if you are responsible for the state of a service then you should have to use that service yourself? Yes, the vast majority should have a choice, but while they are MPs those determining how good our schools and hospitals are should not be able to escape the consequences of their actions.
