  1. Many innocent people went to jail because Vennells refused to make the DEFAULT assumption that a new computer system had bugs, rather than lots of postmasters committing fraud. For the pain and harm she has caused to around 900 people she richly deserves some quality time in a cosy cell with big butch Bertha!
