Nana, is so right. There are far too many bureaucrats, many of whom are grossly overpaid. This in itself is bad enough, but in fact it's far worse, because most of these parasites actually make the work of our hard working doctors and nurses much harder, and often tie them down with so much useless admin that the time they can spend with patients is very significantly reduced. Most of these bureaucrats are a virulent cancer that urgently needs to be cut out!
