  1. While I would probably support the death penalty for the most heinous murders, I wouldn't execute someone for necrophilia. Yes, its absolutely disgusting and stomach churning, but I don't think someone should die for this. Until the current case came to light, and caused deep distress, the fact of the matter is no one was actually hurt.
