  1. When I worked for organisations I was always amazed how willing people were to carry out the orders of their boss as if what they were doing was down to them. In contrast I would ALWAYS make sure people knew exactly who the instigator of any dictum was. The government is jerking off behind the scenes, but those supposedly negotiating haven't the guts to say openly that their hands are tied.
