  1. Despite having my own property, for the sake of young people, I'd dearly like to see prices drop by 3 or 4 times this rate, and much faster. A house is a home and a shelter, not a way for some lazy person, who doesn't want to do an honest day's work, to make a quick buck at the expense of those less fortunate.
