  1. At last! Somebody finally mentioning age discrimination. It is already illegal, but unlike sex, race and gender discrimination the government and courts DELIBERATELY turn a blind eye to it. If you have got a kid at secondary school have a look at how many older, really good and experienced, teachers the school has. In the vast majority of schools you won't find many because schools won't employ them and sometimes even force those they have out.
