  1. Look it's really, really simple. Just dump them back in France where they came from. If the French won't accept this then, bugger maritime law, dump them and their dinghies as near to the French coast as possible, but way to the south so that they can't head back to the UK. That's all it takes, and someone with the balls to do it!
