  1. This is a Labour version of the Rwanda scheme. There's not enough money for the pensioners' winter fuel allowance, but plenty to give to Estonia. LEARN FROM GERMANY! Make space in our prisons by deporting foreign criminals: without allowing appeals from bent lawyers.
