If I were still teaching in the classroom I would be constantly drilling into students that you cannot trust the government, regardless of its political persuasion. I would also be telling them that this virus is harmless to over 99% of people, that natural immunity to it is exceptionally good, and that they shouldn't be wearing masks or taking any precautions whatsoever. Maybe that's why so many kids thought I was their best teacher, and a fair proportion of the management really hated me.
