Why waste so much money sending people to a warm sunny country when it would be vastly cheaper to set up some Nissen huts on a cold, wet remote Scottish island? Not only would this save a fortune it would be a REAL DETERRENT. And instead of putting the dinghy boys into 4 star hotels they could be sent straight there.
