  1. I generally don't have much time for Khan, but I'm 100% in favour of ULEZ. People, and especially our kids, have the right not to have the air they breath poisoned by selfish motorists. People have the right not to be subjected to the awful din of traffic noise: which is actually damaging to ones health. Most motorists in London can definitely use public transport, cycle, or walk. It's way past time that they showed a little consideration for others.
