  1. Two years ago I had a top class hernia specialist fix me. He was Indian and from what I can tell did a brilliant job. But you know what? It doesn't matter to me whether he was Indian, Chinese, Black, or White. The ONLY thing that mattered was that he could do his job really well. You DON'T address diversity and opportunity at the job or university application level, you address is at the primary and secondary school level!
