  1. I don't know if the so-called "independent" Bank of England just doesn't want to upset the government, but its pathetic 0.25% interest rate rises have been like trying to fix leaks in a dam with chewing gum. Those running the B of E need to MAN UP and start making rises of AT LEAST 0.5%.
