  1. So true. My comment used to be "I'll make an appointment to become sick". Often you get suddenly sick, and need a GP immediately. And having a receptionist with just a few poor GCSEs to their name decide who sees the GP is outrageous.

  2. This is a very big mistake. The ONLY thing people like this understand is punishment. The same people do this kind of thing over and over again, and not just to doctors. They do it to dentists, hairdressers, restaurants and tutors. Being made to pay is the ONLY thing that makes them behave with consideration and decency!
