  1. It's most people's fault. We all expect to have comfortable and well remunerated jobs. But we don't give a damn about other people's working conditions as long as prices and taxes are kept down. So we have a shortage of HGV drivers, nurses, care workers and STEM teachers. Other occupations could be added to this. Exploiting other people isn't clever, it's short sighted and stupid, and eventually comes back to bite you!
