  1. If the British public had given a damn about our doctors, nurses and ambulance staff then the NHS wouldn't be in its perilous state, and there would be no need for strikes. Most people only care about those working in the NHS when they need their services. And no, going out to clap on a Thursday night doesn't show you care.
