  1. It's not a loophole, it's illegal to employ those not allowed to work in this country, and that's the end of the story! There are severe penalties for doing so, but as usual the government, police and courts are turning a blind eye. If the law was properly applied then both the companies and those substituting illegals to work in their place would be prosecuted.
