Take away kids' free bus passes, and make it as hard as possible for parents to do a school run. Getting a lot more kids walking and cycling to school would be a good start on cutting down on obesity. Also, in case people haven't noticed, PE and sport in schools has gone to hell. The large playing field outside Enfield County girls' school gets hardly any use, and when you do see any students in it they are usually hardly moving at all.
